Terms of Service

All reservations must be booked with a deposit. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Check In time is 4:00 pm and Check Out time is 10:00 am.

If you plan to have guests visit you at the resort, please notify us in advance of their arrival. There is a limit as to how many guests you can have and there is a daily guest fee. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if within 24 hours of booking. If more than 24 hours after booking but more than 90 days prior to arrival, a refund less a $100 cancellation fee will be given. If canceled less than 90 days from arrival, you will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee only if we are able to re-book the cabin. Quiet time is between 11 pm and 8 am.

Pet Policy

We allow pets in Tiny House, Tiny Cabin, Tiny Bungalow and Camper 13. Please add pets to your reservation if you are planning to bring them. Up to two pets are allowed with a maximum combined weight of 70 lbs in our cabins and 50 lbs in our RV rentals.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the cabin and in the resort area. If you have not already, please notify West Crooked Lake Resort if you have more than one pet. Do NOT leave your dog unattended in the cabin or camper unless you are within hearing distance. Pets are NOT allowed:

  • On the sand beaches or in the beach area.
  • On the swimming dock by campground beach or swimming dock by resort beach.
  • On beds or furniture in the cabin or camper.
  • On the grassy area between lake and campers at Timberlost Campground

If you let your pets go in the water, please make sure they are dried off before they go into the cabin.

Always clean up after your pet. Bags are provided in the cabin and around the resort if you forget to bring your own.

Be respectful of other guests. If your pet is being disruptive to others, or guests are afraid of your pets, please keep them in your cabin or remove them from the resort.

If any of the above rules are not followed, you will be asked to find other accommodations for your pet.
